This place was recommended to me... So my expectations as an ex ice cream store employee were maybe unusually high.... This place is mediocre... Ice cream is alright. Menus are way too hard to read. I would come back, it wasn't bad. But it definitely didn't dazzle me. They are supposed to be in the top ten of ice cream parlors in America.... Not Even Close to the top 100 I would say. Cute pictures of famous people that have eaten ice cream there were really cool.

Typical small ice cream shop but top notch ice cream Helpful staff that oblige multiple sample requests. I had the pumpkin and wide had fat free peanut butter cup. Pb cup definitely had an almond milk base or something similar due to its almond essence. Pumpkin pie was like literally eating and ice cream pumpkin pie. Haven't found anything in a shop like that before, only 4 star restaurants. Yum If I could fill a freezer full of that stuff to last me a year I'd be a happy fat man.

Gross!!! My friend and I went there with our kids for lunch, ordered greek salad, tuna sandwich, mac&cheese and grilled cheese. Greek salad - tomatoes still had sticker on in! When we told the manager/cook/waitress she told us that she will not make us new salad but she can pick the tomatoes out for us! Mac&cheese came with carrot sticks which weren't peeled...really?!? My tuna sandwich was flavor less, and the grilled cheese looked like it was not even put on a pan. We asked for a manager and found out that the woman was a manager. She did not think that we deserved new meal, but she asked us to leave, called us freeloaders and said if we don't leave now she will call police on us!!!! Also the place does not look like on these pics above - I almost stepped into ice cream cone and my chair had a dry chocolate ice cream on it. Gross! Gross! Gross + Very RUDE Manager!!!!!

Definitely hit the spot on a hot summer night. Waffle cones are great. Very nice service. However, when you're "#1 place in America", I expected alot more. Grater's in Cinci gets my vote for that.

Apparently the girl (African american)that works there would rather be doing something else rather then pleasantly helping customers. No greeting, no smile!? "hurry up and order" attitude was how she came across. It was the rudest service I've had in a while! I'll never go back and pay my hard earned money to this establishment! Avoid if you can, folks... Or at least the staff...

I'm new to the west Palm area and my workmates recommended Sprinkles. It did not disappoint after a long day at the office. I had the Moose Track and cherry vanilla, both amazing. This was my first experience and it will certainly not be my last.

I got bamboozeled! Coming from CA, when I read "Sprinkles" I think sprinkles cupcakes, which started opening up ice cream shops around the country. So when my friend and I drove by and saw the sign, we had to go in. Upon walking in, it didnt look like sprinkles... so we asked the employee working the counter and she said, no they were no affliated with sprinkles cupcakes. Darn. But we saw all the wall decor and they were voted #1 ice cream in america by People magazine, so we had to try it, even though this contest happened over 10 years ago, lol. I got one scoop of the toffee and my friend the krazy kake in waffle cones. This came out to almost $11, so that is a point in the negative for them. WAY overpriced for what you get. It wasn't a heaping, spilling over the top scoop, just a modest sized one, which, I guess, in the end worked out because that's all I wanted anyway. The toffee was very sweet. I did get a sample of it, but when you get a whole scoop you get a lot more of the flavoring and I could barely stomach the sugar running through my body. The waffle cone was a basic waffle cone, no fresh smell of cones being made wafting from the shop, nothing special. The texture of the ice cream wasn't creamy and smooth either. It was more of an icey texture which I don't enjoy as much. For being voted numero uno, I definitly think they did not live up to anywhere near their expectations. Granted, I did not try the flavor from which they were voted number 1, but still shouldn't their other flavors and textures be acceptable? I feel like I got tricked and ripped off!

Cute little ice cream shop with a small but decent sandwich selection. The woman was nice. The signs all said #1 so I was expecting some amazing blow my mind orgasmic ice cream..... which quite honestly it wasn't. It was good and hit the spot on a hot summer day. Nothing to write home about...

Go for the ice cream, but think twice - er, think *price* about the lunch. Sprinkles is THE Palm Beach ice cream spot. It's cutely decorated, has a nice flavor variety, and is in a wonderful location. Service is also great, always very friendly, cheerful and attentive staff when I've been. The lunch menu however... Conclusion: What the lunch menu says and what you get are not the same. Second conclusion: The care and quality of the lunch is not on par with their ice cream. First example: Flatbreads are described on the menu as being made with pesto sauce. Out came a large tortilla (literally, a tortilla) with red sauce and toppings. By the way, the red sauce didn't taste like pesto either, more like tomato. Tasted average as you'd expect. Cost about $9. Second example: Greek salad is described as being "topped with feta cheese" and other items, along with a "cheese crisp." Barely any feta cheese, just a sprinkle, and no cheese crisp at all. Tasted average as you'd expect. Cost about $9. In all fairness, I must disclose we didn't complain to the very nice staff working that our food items were so different from the descriptions. (Couldn't think of a nice way to bring it up, and we were in a rush.) I wonder if they would have addressed the matter, or at least given a discount if they were running low on ingredients. Note: This is primarily an ice cream shop, only took off one point for the lackluster lunch.

So I'd like to start out by saying that I used to love this place. Yes, it was a little pricey, but it seemed worth it for delicious ice cream and the charming atmosphere. My big complaint now is with the customer service. That & my sister found hair in her cup of ice cream!! Neither one of us has been back since obviously. One of the girls working there copped a bad attitude with my sis when she asked for a refund. I'd had an unpleasant run in w this particular staff member before, but decided to give the girl the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe she'd had a rough day. However, I'm not paying that much for ice cream only to get treated like crap. Also, I no longer feel that the place is sanitary. How on earth did hair get into the ice cream?!?! Tres gross!!

Where do you go for ice cream on a Friday night? My girlfriend and I love to stroll from Royal Poinciana Way to Worth Ave. for exercise and atmosphere on Friday nights. We must have passed by Sprinkles dozens of times until I happened to turn my head and notice people sitting around with cups of ice cream outside. Apparently, this place has quite a reputation. They'll tell you that their triple chocolate was voted the best in the nation (or something like that). They have a fat free version that's really too good to be fat free... but I'll keep ordering it, because I really can't prove otherwise. Sit down inside, and you'll see news clippings and photos of famous past visitors like Michael Jackson and Glenn Beck (I'm sure the ice cream brought tears to his eyes....). They're open late (10 pm, I believe), and the pricing is okay. The variety of flavors is quite large (triple chocolate and strawberry cheesecake are my favorites so far). If you're in the area, try it!

Sprinkles it is NOT - it is SO much more!!! I needed a quick bite and resolved myself to what looked like an "ice cream shop" named "sprinkles". When I entered, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to find a fabulous assortment of cakes, chips, sandwhichs, salads, lunch specials, baked goods, etc. Being able to get food of greater substance (which is what I was looking for) made me feel a lot better seeing the parking meter outside their shop was literally from hell - it's not the shops fault but the city should find some meters that are more comprehensive or standard for public use. I went to Sprinkles TWICE today because it was in close proximity to my meetings. The first time I grabbed a rice krispy treat and the second time I ordered the scalloped potato lunch special with salad. The special was okay - as I had expected it to be good because I paid TWELVE BUCKS for this and a can of diet coke. The scalloped potatos had chunks of ham in it and they were real chunks of baked ham and not some processed meat like so many places throw into a baked dish like this. The dish lacked potatos, and the cheese was kind of clumpy. It had a nice flavor and might even earn a good, but it could have been better. I was provided a nice/semi-perfect balsamic dressing for my iceberg lettuce salad. The container of balsamic vinegar was unfortunately broken and I had to ask for assistance to use it. The service was five stars - period. Thanks sprinkles for making my day a better one :)

Great little ice cream place that also has fantastic sandwiches! it's adorable, delicious, and the people are very friendly. I love this place because if you happen to be in Palm Beach, this is the perfect place to have a great inexpensive lunch and desert.

I was in the mood for some ice cream. Sprinkles was there for me. I ordered a two scoop cone of Moose Tracks ice cream. It was very good but it cost me about $4. The two scoops were more than enough for me, and maybe was more than I was looking for. I give it 3 stars because I have definitely had better but this isn't saying Sprinkles did anything wrong or was bad. It just wasn't 5 star quality. If you're in the area, enjoy. If not, head to Dairy Queen.

not bad. good selection of flavors, but nothing gourmet. they do not keep the ice cream cold enough. i prefer drippy ice cream, but this melts way too fast. service is nice and inviting.

Double chocolate chip lived up to its award winning title! But I'm hooked on the vanilla raspberry chocolate chip - can they mail me some???

Good Ice Cream. Great Location. No need to the Breakers, but if you are staying somewhere else on your trip to Palm Beach then try it.

Everytime I am in Palm Beach, I have a little ice cream at Sprinkles, and I did again this weekend. This time, I had the coconut ice cream, and it was delicious. I noticed their triple chocolate supreme (I believe that was the name, but it might just have been something similar) won some sort of national award from People magazine, so I will have to try that one next time.

This place is great. My wife and I went there in November 2014 and then took the whole family back last week (aug 2015). We all had lunch and ice cream. The food and ice cream were great and the service was friendly.

Their flavors are amazing and they let you try before you buy so you don't get something you don't like. I love the vanilla snickers!

Okay. This place is definitely overrated. Apparently People Magazine says they're the #1 ice cream place. We walked in and all classic good flavors were gone an hour and a half before close which is also prime time to get ice cream aka 8:45 pm. The employee also encouraged to get a flavor because she wanted to get rid of it which was unappealing. My friend asked for the soft serve ice cream, it was handed to her and looked strange so she asked why it was different, "well it's not dairy, it's made with water and sugar" - not what anyone would expect when getting ice cream, considering it tasted bland. The point is that it's overrated and over priced for what we got.

Homemade waffle cones and a great selection of flavors. As the only ice cream shop on this popular street, they could be serving Hershey's ice cream out of stale cake cones and still charging $7 for it, but the standards are still somewhat high and the people are always friendly. Oh, and it isn't full of sticky, screaming children....... usually.

Gross. I went there with my husband the other day. After he ordered and was waiting for me to decide I noticed a dead moth in one of their flavors. Overly priced too.
